The DM Media Office is more than a typical workplace. ICADVietnam architects have crafted an inspiring creative office design where innovation, collaboration, and brand identity are seamlessly connected. This project reflects ICADVietnam’s vision of building modern, functional, and creative office spaces that nurture people and performance.
Reception Area
The reception is designed like a musical staff, with decorative notes that make a bold first impression. The DM Media logo stands out on a crisp white backdrop, while a vinyl record–shaped ceiling light adds an artistic touch that sparks creativity. The design not only welcomes visitors but also communicates the company’s forward-thinking spirit.
Open Workspace
The open-plan workspace emphasizes connectivity and flexibility. Modern desks are paired with greenery and large digital screens, creating a dynamic atmosphere that supports teamwork. Curved ceiling lines and round light fixtures bring a sense of rhythm, like a melody flowing across the office.
Green carpeting combined with orange chairs creates a balanced visual contrast — both welcoming and professional. The curved desk layout optimizes floor space while encouraging interaction among employees.
On the glass wall, DM Media’s core values — Freedom to Speak Up, Transparent, Teammate, Grateful — are prominently displayed, reinforcing a culture of openness and creativity. Natural daylight floods the space, boosting productivity and overall well-being.
Pantry Area
Located next to a large window with panoramic views, the pantry provides a relaxing retreat for employees. A sleek bar counter with high stools and pendant lighting creates a stylish yet cozy corner. Organized shelving ensures easy access to refreshments, making it the perfect spot to recharge during breaks.
Stage & Event Space
A curved wooden stage with a glass backdrop overlooking the city sets the tone for professional presentations and internal events. A large LED screen anchors the space, while smart lighting systems enhance the atmosphere. Wooden-clad columns with LED details and integrated greenery create a harmonious balance between technology and nature.
Meeting Room
The meeting room combines wood, glass, and greenery in a modern aesthetic. Cream-colored swivel chairs and a spacious table ensure comfort during discussions. The ceiling features a circular light fixture with integrated plants, reducing stress and enhancing creativity.
Glass walls function as writable surfaces and expand the sense of openness. A large display screen supports both in-person and virtual meetings, ensuring effective communication.
Entertainment & Wellness Zone
To encourage work-life balance, the office includes a recreational area with a billiard table and dartboard — spaces that invite employees to relax and bond after work.
A meditation and relaxation corner with yoga mats and wooden flooring provides a calm retreat. A circular display shelf featuring Buddha statues and ceramics adds a sense of tranquility, encouraging mindfulness and focus.
