The FPT Software office on the 6th floor, designed by ICADVietnam, showcases a bold and innovative approach to workplace design. With blue as the primary color tone, the office breaks away from conventional “grid layouts” and introduces a unique “Three-Pointed Star Layout.” This star-inspired geometry is further reflected in custom-designed furniture such as work desks and stools in the breakout space.
A High-Tech and Collaborative Environment
To meet the advanced technological needs of FPT Software, ICADVietnam integrated a range of modern solutions including presentation screens, conference call devices, wireless portals, smart boards, and other digital tools. These features ensure seamless communication, project management, and collaboration across teams, creating a workplace tailored for innovation and efficiency.
Open Workspace – Connection and Focus
The main working area follows an open-plan design that maximizes interaction while supporting focus when required. Work clusters are arranged logically to encourage teamwork and efficient use of space. Ergonomic desks and chairs enhance employee comfort during long working hours, while greenery is thoughtfully placed to reduce stress and improve well-being.
Natural daylight floods the space through glass partitions, combined with LED lighting to keep the office bright and airy. A suspended metal grid ceiling with soft lighting adds a modern aesthetic touch. The flooring is covered with patterned carpet, unifying the space while reducing noise.
Meeting and Leadership Spaces
Meeting Rooms: Semi-glass partitions balance transparency and privacy, allowing teams to stay connected to the open workspace while maintaining concentration. Large conference tables and ergonomic swivel chairs ensure comfort for extended discussions.
CTO’s Office: Designed with frosted glass and diagonal-cut wooden partitions, it offers a modern yet professional appearance. This approach brings in natural light while ensuring the privacy expected of an executive workspace.
Hallway Offices: Private rooms along the corridor are finished with consistent wood and glass materials, creating a cohesive look throughout the floor. Blue-patterned carpet tiles add warmth, reduce noise, and emphasize brand character.
Branding and Identity
