The Imagtor office designed by ICADVietnam was created with a unique mission: to provide equal workplace accessibility for both employees with and without disabilities—reflecting the fact that nearly 50% of Imagtor’s workforce are people with disabilities—while also conveying the company’s brand story.
Reception Area – Professional and Inspiring First Impressions
The reception space is modern, professional, and refined, blending functionality with aesthetics to leave a strong first impression.
The minimalist reception desk features bold angular cuts, combining stone with neutral white and gray tones for a sense of elegance.
The Imagtor logo is prominently displayed with subtle lighting effects, accompanied by the slogan “Fly Your Business – Seed Our Future”, highlighting the company’s sustainable growth philosophy.
Decorative plants and geometric frosted glass panels add freshness while keeping the space private yet open.
ICADVietnam also transformed the ceiling and structural columns with playful blue-toned panels in random patterns. This creative ceiling treatment not only enlivens the space but also embodies Imagtor’s brand values—resilience, vitality, and the human spirit symbolized by the color green.
Pantry & Relaxation Zone – A Friendly and Creative Breakout Space
The pantry and relaxation area carry a youthful and welcoming vibe:
Wooden tables and casual beanbags encourage comfort and informal interaction.
Walls with colorful geometric motifs and a dominant green palette energize the space.
Artificial grass flooring enhances the connection with nature, turning the area into an inspiring retreat within the office.
Meeting Room – Connected Yet Private
The meeting room design balances transparency and privacy:
Frosted glass partitions with geometric patterns maintain openness while ensuring focus.
Large windows maximize natural light, creating a bright and productive atmosphere.
A long meeting table in neutral tones is paired with ergonomic mesh chairs for lasting comfort.
Modern presentation screens, carefully placed lighting, and touches of greenery bring functionality together with a creative and professional look.
A Human-Centered Workplace
The Imagtor office is more than just a workplace—it is a symbol of inclusivity, creativity, and forward-thinking design. By integrating accessibility, brand storytelling, and modern office solutions, ICADVietnam has created a space where every employee can thrive, innovate, and feel truly connected.
