Amidst the hustle and bustle of Hanoi, the townhouse of Mr. Hai stands out as a serene and sophisticated retreat. Designed and executed by ICADVietnam with meticulous attention to detail, this project is more than just a living space. It is where family memories are nurtured and where modern elegance blends seamlessly with personal expression.
Living Room – Open, Airy, and Full of Connection
The first impression of Mr. Hai’s home is the expansive living room designed as an open layout, seamlessly connecting with the kitchen and dining areas. Neutral tones—soft gray, warm wood, and touches of bronze—set a relaxing, elegant atmosphere.
At the center, a large sofa anchors the space as a warm gathering point for family conversations. A black marble coffee table with gold-toned metal legs adds refinement, while natural light floods in through wide glass doors. The high ceiling and wooden ceiling fan amplify the airy, vibrant ambiance.
Kitchen & Dining – Where Aesthetics Meet Functionality
The kitchen embraces a sleek modern aesthetic with matte gray cabinetry, handleless flat panels, and a central island that doubles as a bar. This design ensures both beauty and practicality—ideal for family meals and daily inspiration in cooking.
The dining area features a natural wood table paired with softly curved chairs, evoking warmth and togetherness. On the wall, circular metallic accents act as “symbols of time,” celebrating family unity and wholeness while enhancing the décor.
Master Bedroom – A Personalized Retreat
The master bedroom reflects Mr. Hai’s refined taste, designed with Indochine-inspired details and a palette of warm browns, creams, and golden hues. A central bed framed by rugs, nightstands, and soft lighting creates a haven of relaxation.
A decorative wooden partition with subtle patterns separates the sleeping area from the en-suite bathroom, balancing privacy with visual depth. The addition of a wooden ceiling fan and warm ambient lighting evokes the comfort of a high-end resort.
Children’s Room – A Dreamy World of Creativity
Special care was given to the children’s bedroom, where pastel tones and a blue–white palette bring freshness and playfulness. Details such as a fabric tent, plush toys, and cloud-shaped wall lights create a whimsical, dreamlike atmosphere.
The compact bed is placed against the wall to maximize play space, complemented by a checkered rug and a small study desk—practical, safe, and tailored for a child’s daily life.
Conclusion
The townhouse of Mr. Hai is a vivid example of ICADVietnam’s ability to design flexible, creative, and highly personalized interiors. Each space reflects the homeowner’s lifestyle and needs, while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic language.
This project is a delicate balance: modern yet warm, functional yet minimalist, artistic yet practical. For ICADVietnam, every home is more than a project—it is a story told through space. And in Mr. Hai’s house, that story is complete, with every detail—light, color, and texture—carefully crafted to resonate with emotion and meaning.
