At the Mrs. Hoa apartment in Vinhomes Metropolis, Hanoi, interior design is more than aesthetics—it is a refined balance of functionality, personal taste, and quality of life. Executed by the ICADVietnam design team, the project embodies a modern and elegant style while remaining warm, practical, and inviting. Every detail—from layout and material selection to color harmony—has been thoughtfully curated to create a premium yet approachable living experience.
Open Layout – Where Light, Air, and Emotions Intersect
From the entrance, the apartment impresses with its open-plan concept, seamlessly connecting the living room, kitchen, and dining area without rigid partitions. This design enhances spaciousness, maximizes natural light, and fosters family connection. Recessed lighting and spotlights complement the daylight from large glass doors, ensuring the home feels bright by day and cozy by night.
Living Room – Modern Warmth at the Heart of the Home
The living room, the core of family life and social gatherings, features a black leather sofa accented with colorful cushions, bringing a vibrant touch to the modern palette. A glass-and-metal coffee table adds lightness and refinement, while the wood-paneled wall behind the sofa is adorned with minimalist art for subtle sophistication. A sculptural wooden ceiling fan ensures airflow and doubles as décor. Dark-toned wooden flooring anchors the space, adding warmth and elegance.
Kitchen & Dining – Functionality Meets Style
The kitchen is neatly arranged with an L-shaped cabinetry system combining glossy white acrylic and dark melamine wood. Integrated appliances such as an induction cooktop, hood, and built-in oven maximize space and maintain a sleek aesthetic.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area features a six-seat table with a white marble top and dark wooden legs. A decorative wine and display cabinet nearby not only defines the dining zone but also elevates the visual flow of the apartment.
Master Bedroom – Serenity with Positive Energy
The master bedroom prioritizes rest and rejuvenation with a low-profile natural wood bed and matching side tables. Earthy orange and neutral cream linens evoke warmth and tranquility. A large balcony extends the room to the outdoors, blending natural light and fresh air with indoor comfort. Double-layer curtains allow flexible light control, while a subtle artwork and classic bedside lamps enhance the atmosphere.
Personal Retreat – A Touch of Character
Beyond essential living, the apartment includes intimate spaces for personal expression. A reading nook with books, a guitar, and greenery creates a calming corner that reflects the homeowner’s lifestyle. This thoughtful integration underscores ICADVietnam’s philosophy: designing interiors not just for living, but for enjoying life.
Conclusion – A Symphony of Style, Function, and Emotion
The Mrs. Hoa – Vinhomes Metropolis project exemplifies ICADVietnam’s mastery in harmonizing aesthetics, practicality, and individuality. From the open layout to the smallest detail, the apartment tells a story of modern sophistication and cultural refinement—a truly livable and inspiring home in the heart of Hanoi.
