The TOMOCHAIN office, designed by ICADVietnam, draws inspiration from the company’s slogan “Freedom to Create”. More than a workplace, it is a space where every employee feels liberated, inspired, and connected. Unlike rigid, box-shaped office layouts tied to the traditional 8-hour workday, the TOMOCHAIN office prioritizes openness, flexibility, and intellectual contribution.
Reception – Minimalist but Impressive
The reception area embraces a minimalist approach while still making a strong impact. A uniquely sculpted reception desk combines natural stone patterns with wood, creating a solid yet refined presence. Behind it, a clean white backdrop highlights the TOMOCHAIN logo in its signature orange, reinforcing brand identity.
The ceiling, featuring decorative circular cut-outs paired with track lighting, adds visual interest. Warm-toned wooden flooring brings comfort, while tiered seating doubles as both decoration and a waiting area for visitors. The reception connects seamlessly to the work area and lounge, ensuring fluidity in the office flow. Glass partitions and wooden finishes expand the sense of openness, while greenery enhances relaxation and well-being.
Event Space – Technology and Symbolism
A symbolic “tree of knowledge” spreads across the event hall ceiling, represented through digital-inspired design elements. Additional hanging features reflect the company’s technological spirit—precision, focus, and innovative problem-solving. This area doubles as both a functional space for gatherings and a symbolic reminder of Tomochain’s mission.
Open Workspace – Flexible and Industrial-Inspired
The main working zone features an exposed ceiling, where raw technical details are intentionally left visible and painted in dark gray for an industrial yet sophisticated aesthetic. This design choice creates a natural, bold, and inspiring environment.
The TOMOCHAIN office accommodates 60 employees across 500m², organized into two open-plan workspaces. Complementing these are enclosed glass-walled work pods and group meeting rooms, offering flexibility for different work styles—from individual focus to collaborative teamwork.
Meeting Rooms – Comfortable and Functional
Meeting rooms combine functionality with refined details. Wood-paneled walls integrated with upholstered acoustic panels enhance sound insulation while adding aesthetic warmth. Recessed lights and elongated pendant fixtures provide uniform, eye-friendly illumination.
At the far end, a large TV screen supports digital presentations, while a mobile whiteboard boosts flexibility and productivity. Glass windows allow abundant natural light, creating an airy atmosphere while still preserving privacy.
